Sunflower Strategists, LLC provides consulting, facilitation, and strategic planning for nonprofit, public sector, and community organizations. We help teams build inclusive, adaptive workplaces by addressing the systems that shape collaboration and decision-making. Our services aim to share skills and to cultivate conditions for changing conflicts, behavior, team communication, interpersonal relationships, and organizational cultures.

  • Leadership Development: Tools and trainings for transformative leadership development rooted in values-aligned practice and relational skill-building through Wiley DiSC-trained facilitation that supports self-awareness, communication, and effective collaboration across teams and organizations.

  • Coaching and Team Building: Tools, sessions, and ongoing support for honing holistic approaches to traditional executive coaching. Our healing-centered coaching program offers 1:1 and team coaching options that explore relationship-building, harm, and workplace conflict through the incorporation of healing justice, anti-oppressive, and community accountability practices.
