Sunflower Strategists, LLC provides consulting and facilitation services for nonprofit, governmental, and community-based organizations. We support partners in uprooting internal hierarchies and oppressive dynamics while nurturing leadership, racial and gender justice, and organizational transformation. Our services aim to share skills and to cultivate conditions for changing conflicts, behavior, communication, interpersonal relationships, and organizational cultures.
